Nice pool, great location close to the fair grounds. the double room had everything I expected from a top-notch international 5-star hotel 🏊‍♂️.

enjoyed my time here. the hotel was fairly clean, facilities were simply wonderful, good location really close to the bru restaurant and the convention centre. bountiful and delicious breakfast, especially pastries and eggs, the staff was respectful.

The food was fresh, especially pastries and eggs for breakfast. The hotel rooms were brand-new and modern with huge bed and all the amenities expected from an international 5 *, for example.

I chose this hotel for attending a business symposium and it was the perfect choice. The hotel is located right in the center of the National Exhibition Convention Centre, making it extremely convenient. The conference center and meeting rooms provided ample space for our event, and the facilities were modern and well-equipped.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been helpful to have a designated area with computers, printers, and other office equipment readily available for use.

The location was very convenient for attending the exhibition, as it was just a short walk away from the fairground. the hotel was also right inside the convention centre, which made getting there hassle-free. the breakfast was good with a variety of options, and the staff was polite and professional.

The hotel had limited options for activities outside of the exhibition and was far from the city center, which made it difficult to explore other places and made the stay quite isolated.

I stayed at Intercontinental for the Shanghai Car Show and it was the perfect location. The staff went above and beyond, especially at the Club Lounge, providing excellent service and even helping me with tickets. The rooms were new and had great amenities, like a huge bed and Nespresso machine. The restaurant staff accommodated my dietary restrictions flawlessly, and the concierge was helpful in finding taxis. a nearly perfect stay with exceptional service.

We were impressed by the concierge service, especially Mike, who helped us with a difficult task of collecting a parcel from a cargo depot and getting it to the airport. the facilities were also great, with comfortable beds and a clean environment. the hotel's location within the national exhibition centre was ideal for our purpose of the visit, and the convenience it offered was unparalleled.

The large and stylish room was equipped with all the amenities expected from an international 5, star hotel. the breakfast had an excellent range of food, including Continental, Chinese, Japanese, and Indian cuisines. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located for attending events or traveling by train or plane.

The hotel's location may not be suitable if you plan to explore the city regularly, as it is a bit far. some guests experienced issues such as confusion with the payment process during check, in and check, out, and the unavailability of some items on the room service menu.
